Payment methods and order execution
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on the standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card data is entered directly on the bank's website, in the POS (Bank Point of Sale Terminal) and is not entered or registered on any GROW SHOP LOW COST S.L. server.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This method of payment is only valid on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the request for a refund was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the former will be obliged to GROW SHOP LOW COST SL to compensate for the damages and losses caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
Bank Transfer
When you select bank transfer, you will receive an email with the bank details of GROW SHOP LOW COST SL along with your order confirmation.
It is very important that when making the transfer you indicate the order number, as well as your name and surname, in the subject line, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate it.
If you wish, you can send us proof of the transfer by fax or by e-mail to growlowcost@gmail.com. However, in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has bank confirmation of the transfer.
Please note that payment must be made in EUROS and that any exchange and bank fees are your responsibility.
In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank that you will be responsible for the commissions at origin, any bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity. Otherwise, GROW SHOP LOW COST SL could stop the shipment of your order if it does not receive the full amount of the same.
Any possible exchange and bank commissions are the responsibility of the client.
Direct Debit Payment
If you are already a customer of ours and this is not your first purchase, you can select this payment method and GROW SHOP LOW COST SL will charge you by bank transfer to the account number that you have already provided to us for this purpose.

Cash on Delivery
If you wish, we can send your order cash on delivery, which you will pay upon receipt of the order. The cash on delivery payment option has a surcharge, as a commission, charged by the transport company for managing the payment of the product. The amount charged will be 3% of the total purchase, with a minimum of €3.
GROW SHOP LOW COST SL undertakes to deliver the order within a maximum of BETWEEN 24 AND 72 HOURS, from the day the order is confirmed by telephone call or e-mail.
The availability of the products offered by GROW SHOP LOW COST SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although GROW SHOP LOW COST SL updates stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-fulfillment due to unavailability, GROW SHOP LOW COST will notify the customer by email or personal call as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this communication will not exceed the maximum period of 30 days under any circumstances.
GROW SHOP LOW COST SL may offer the double option of: supplying the customer, without increasing the price, a product with similar characteristics or of superior quality, or, unless there are justified and demonstrable reasons by GROW SHOP LOW COST within this same period, paying the sums paid for the cancelled order. In the event that GROW SHOP LOW COST SL does not make this payment within the specified period, the buyer may claim to be paid double the amount owed, without prejudice to his right to be compensated..
