Description

Origin and Assimilation: Silicon is part of 28% of the Earth's crust. For plants to use it, it needs to be in the form of Silicic Acid, which is formed thanks to acids and enzymes produced by organic matter. It is important to note that this element can be easily lost through leaching, so we must be careful to preserve it in the soil.

Plant Benefits: Silicic Acid increases phosphorus absorption by 40-60%, which improves plant growth. In addition, it helps precipitate insoluble phosphates from other minerals, such as aluminum, iron, magnesium and calcium, making them absorbable by plants. This promotes resistance to diseases, fungi and insects by mechanically strengthening the plant cell walls.

Interaction with Other Nutrients: Silicon interacts with calcium and magnesium, promoting their mobilization and avoiding nutrient blockages. In addition, it helps regulate the pH of the substrate, being essential in soils with low and high pH.

Application and Dosage: It can be applied in two ways: directly on the stem to prevent fungi, forming silicon crystals, or as irrigation to be absorbed by the plant. The recommended dose is 0.1 to 0.3 ml per liter of water.

Recommendations for Use: It is especially useful in hydroponic and coconut fiber crops, where the lack of silicon can cause problems. It is also recommended in any growing system to increase plant resistance and improve nutrient exchange.

Availability and Presentation: Silicon is available in 250ml, 500ml, 1L and 5L containers, and is an essential tool to promote the healthy and protected growth of your plants.

In summary, silicon is a fundamental ally for the success of your crop, strengthening plants and protecting them from adverse conditions and diseases.

Available in 250, 500 ml, 1 and 5 L.
